  • I really enjoyed my stay at David's place. The apartment has incredible views of the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What I enjoyed most was the conversations with David..I'm very happy to have met him and recommend him as a host to anyone looking learn more about SF.

  • We had an amazing time at David's apartment. The views are stunning (even more beautiful than on the photos), the apartment is very comfortable and spacious, and David was a fantastic host. He made us feel at home and had great recommendations to make the most out of our stay in the city. I would definitely stay there again.

  • My wife and I had a lovely stay in David's apartment. The view is lovely, although some days when the fog comes over the hills in the summer, it can be cold and cloudy, while the rest of San Francisco is sunny.

The house is well appointed, we were there for 10 days and felt very much at home.

The apartment is high up on a hill, so the walk was exhausting, until I discovered the 48 bus which stops just outside the door! Once I found out how convenient the bus was, our whole trip became a pleasure. Whole Foods and many restaurants ae nearby.

  • The apartment was perfect. The Penthouse view is amazing, you can see all of the East side of San Francisco, the Bay Bridge, the Bay and Oakland during the day. The City lights are beautiful at night. The apartment is roomy, was clean and comfortable with excellent wifi connections and an HDTV. Street Parking was always available without any delay. Public transportation was nearby.
David was always immediately responsive, gave clear directions and was helpful in every way. We were just two, but four could easily sleep here in the two bedrooms. We'd like to come back again when we visit SF

  • David's apartment in Noe Valley has a fantastic view and lots of light. It reminded me of the places in the Hollywood Hills that look out over the city. It's found in a multi-unit unit home built in 1962. On a clear day, you can see for miles and have a great view of the San Francisco skyline, the Bay Bridge, and the Bay. A cloudy day makes you feel like you're in a cloud. But there are lots of windows and skylights and for a bright sunny place, this is great. Public transportation on Bus 48 is practically right outside the front door and only minutes from the Noe Valley's best places on 24th Street. I like the early morning sunrises...and Journey's Lights could have been written from this place. Apartment is very uncluttered. Nice wood burning fireplace.

About
I grew up back east in Connecticut, and have been living in California since 2000. The Bay Area has incredible hiking trails and I regularly take people on adventures as part of my hiking club. I also do stand up comedy and like making people laugh. I find living in San Francisco very fascinating and I'm really enjoying my penthouse apartment with amazing views of the city.
