Mary was a terrific host and her home was great. She made us feel as if we were long-time friends visiting for the weekend. From her initial welcome upon arrival in which she invited us to make ourselves at home, to the spacious bedroom, super comfy bed, heated mattress, luxurious en suite bathroom, delicious breakfast fixings, and even the very sweet kitty, everything about our stay was the best and top-notch. Highly recommend!
On my way to her home I sent a message to Mary with an estimate of an arrival time. I also asked for a restaurant recommendation which she provided.
This was my second stay at Mary's home. I stayed overnight on a trip to be with family over the holidays. When I arrived, Mary's son and daughter-in-law had arrived at her home for the holidays. Mary and her family welcomed me and made me feel at home. In the morning we had breakfast together. I brought my own food and prepared it because of dietary needs.
The home is well decorated and well maintained. It feels like family home.
I was treated well and made to feel like a welcomed guest during my stay. I would be happy to return again in the future.
Mary had a warm and cozy bedroom waiting after and long rainy drive from Boston. I felt very welcomed.
This was my first experience with airbnb and it was great. Mary was traveling but her communications were wonderful and her home and accommodations excellent. Thank you so much Mary for opening up your home to me, and helping to make my 3 day stay in the area an enjoyable experience. Sincerely Rich Bazelow
Mary's home was beautiful inside and out, as well as being conveniently located to downtown Kennett Square. She was personable and helpful in all ways! Mary's place was the best Airbnb experience I have had to date and would be the only place that I would stay were I to visit the area again!
Sharon and I enjoyed our short stay at Mary's beautiful home and can highly recommend a visit. Close to Kennett Square and Longwood Garden in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
Everything was excellent at Mary's house. Good location, beautiful and quiet area, near of all the places we had to go and more importantly very near my mother's residence. Mary is a sweet person, very friendly and excellent hostess. The house is perfect, very clean and comfortable.
