The space
3 private bedrooms (no sofa beds or air mattresses) and 2 bathrooms.

Perfect home away from home. Living room, kitchen, and dining room are open and allow for a great flow of conversation and fun. There are games and puzzles in the kitchen cupboard and some toys in the bench in the dining room.

There is a container of deer corn on the bar that you can sprinkle outside to entice the deer to come round. It’s lovely to watch them as you enjoy your morning coffee/tea on the deck.

The kitchen is complete with pots & pans, dishes, utensils, blender, rice cooker, toaster, keurig, coffee maker, microwave, cutting boards. There is also vegetable oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, garlic salt, onion powder, foil & cellophane.

The living room, kitchen & dining room separate the two bedroom areas. The master bedroom and bath are on the west side of the home, giving you extra privacy and quiet.

The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms and bathroom are on the east side of the house. There is also a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

Each bedroom has an extra blanket and a portable fan in the closet. Each bedroom also has ceiling fans.

We have a table and chairs on both the front and back porches for you to enjoy the outdoors.

There is a gas grill out the back door. The gas is turned off at the propane tank. After use, please be sure to turn it off again.
Also please be sure to clean the grates after using. There is a $25 fee if it’s not cleaned. Thank you.

Plenty of free, on-site parking.

Neighborhood highlights

Quiet street with only 3 houses. There are lots of beautiful, mature trees all around. Through the wooded backyard, the street backs to the Mount Magazine Byway, but the house is well insulated and any traffic noise is non-existent inside. Through the woods on the opposite side of the street is Paris Lake. You can walk to it or drive - there are directions in my Guidebook.
