Spend sunny days relaxing in the yard, riding the bikes provided at the home or playing at the beach. Enjoy al fresco dining under the oversized umbrella in the yard. This home provides access to everything guests have come to love about 30A, while being tucked away from the traffic and congestion

The space
Natural textures and plush furnishings lend a casual yet chic feel in the open concept living area, dining area and breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen. A second living area located at the top of the stairs is furnished with a deep sectional sofa and large, flat screen Smart tv — a perfect haven for a kid’s getaway. The spacious first floor master suite features a king bed, large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom including a walk-in shower and double vanities. The second floor houses three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. As you reach the second floor you will come upon the first guest bedroom which is a children’s dream — two sets of twin size triple bunks affording sleeping for six. The second guest bedroom features two full beds and is connected to the bunk room by a “jack-n-jill” bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanities — an excellent abode for families. As you continue down the hall to the third bedroom, you will see a laundry room on the right with a full size LG washer and dryer set as well as a workspace equipped with a desk on the left. The bedroom at the end of the hall is fitted with a king bed and has an ensuite bath featuring an oversized single vanity and a shower-tub combination. All bedrooms (with the exception of the bunk bedroom) house wall mounted, flat screen Smart tvs.

“Seas the Day” places you within minutes of myriad activities for guests of all ages. This a prime location just 1/2 mile from the Inlet Beach Regional Public Beach Access, the largest public beach access in South Walton County and 1 mile from Camp Helen State Park, offering pristine beaches, excellent trails that wind through dunes and scrub oak forests, and access to Lake Powell, the largest rare coastal dune lake in the world. Guests are within an easy bike ride or drive to the newly developed 30Avenue outdoor shopping plaza and entertainment venue. Walkability to other tourist destinations of Scenic Highway 30A, including the new rooftop bar at The Pointe, is ideal. Come enjoy the hidden gem of Inlet Beach where the locals go.
