This captivating home is embellished with a private 40m2 private swimming pool (can be heated), featuring three swim up sun-beds, an iconic lounge area and outdoor dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) under sunset skies where our younger guests can explore the outdoor playground. The property lays in 1 - hectare outdoor area with spectacular natural surroundings. An ideal holiday escape for those who seek ultimate privacy and summery living. A unique feature is the outdoor yoga platform hidden between trees, making it an ideal spot for a wellness experience, a romantic dinner, fitness activities or just a chill out spot to cherish long summer catch ups with a G&T in hand.
Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

An Iconic Private villa designed to frame the enamoring natural beauty of the Grecian style. Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious villa spreads through three floors, making it an ideal escape for a large family or a group of friends. Lounge at the impeccable ground floor living room and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. Set up a movie marathon at the 55’ Smart TV on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders, with access to the pool area and to an iconic sea view dinning spot. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms, two with en-suite bathroom on the first floor and one with shared bathroom at the ground floor allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. An additional bedroom with its own separated entrance and access to the terrace is also located in the ground floor, where you may find a king size double bed and a sofa bed. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds, and two more guest can sleep in the sofa bed featured at living room area, and in the lower level bedroom sofa. All beds can be twin upon request and feature GrecoStrom Premium Mattresses and Premium Linen.
