Located in the center of Manuel Antonio, you have the best of both worlds, jungle with a view of the Pacific plus great facilities and restaurants. Our spacious one bedroom has a great balcony to chill on and watch the wildlife from your hammock.

The space

Located at Villas El Parque in the heart of Manuel Antonio, this one bedroom self catering condo is ideal for two guests.

Wake up in the morning and have your coffee overlooking the Pacific and enjoy the sights and sounds of the jungle. Centrally located close to The National Park and the beaches. You will often see Squirrel, Capuchin and Howler monkeys, a wide array of tropical birds and if you're lucky a sloth or two.

The condo is arranged with a full kitchen opening onto the dining area, the bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the balcony has a million dollar view of the Pacific and Manuel Antonio National Park.

Villas El Parque is a short walk from a great selection of restaurants, bars and convenience stores and since you're on holiday they will deliver to you. If the mood takes you.

There are excellent bus and taxis services which will take you in one direction to the National Park and beaches and in the other to Quepos and the Marina Val Pez, should you fancy a day on the water fishing some of the most exciting waters in the region, if not the world.

Guest access

Our guests have full use of the apartment along with access to the communal laundry (there is a small fee to the condominium for this) and of course full use of the pool and BBQ area.

Interaction with guests

We like to meet our guests when they check in and out and are always on hand should you want any help or advice.

Other things to note

Our minimum booking term may be longer than three days between December 26th and January 4th. However it is still worth enquiring, we will try and fit you in if possible.

We LOVED our time at Tariq's condo! He went above and beyond as a host, even helping me find my purse that had been left on a local bus. He helped set up some amazing national park and top line tours with some wonderful guides. The apartment itself was pristinely clean with a killer view, right next to Agua Azul, one of best restaurants I've eaten at in my time in Costa Rica. Would 100% recommend :)

Tariqs place is a tucked away beautiful cozy home in Manuel Antonio area, at a top point of the mountain. You are a bus ride away to center of town in Quepos and over the other side towards the national park manuel anotonio and beaches. Right above the villas is an amazing restaurant with friendly staff and excellent food and views. Very good cocktails too!! Tariq's home is eco- friendly! Very new for Americans so be prepared haha, the only "odd" thing is dropping TP in the basket vs the toilet. AC runs beautifully, the bed is extra comfy. The outside has a hammock view that will take u to paradise. Phone is available to call locally ! Which is very convenient. Also, Tariq organized our pickup and drop off to and from the airport--which is a 2.5h drive!!!! So try and land during the day time to be able to enjoy the views as you travel from San Jose mountains to tropical jungle down in manuel Antonio. Be ready to be visited by many animals- from far though: iguanas, monkeys, birds even sloths if you are lucky. I would highly recommend this place and area. Tariq also set us up for awesome adventures and with a quick turn around :) we got private guide for when visiting the park (a must btw) and organized our zip lining tour which was unbelievable !!! It was me and my boy friends first time in Costa Rica and we are def coming back!!!!! Thanks Tariq for all your help. Stay here it's amazing. Charlotte

Stop your search and book Tariq's place. If you are looking for a perfect spot a short, cheap bus ride away from everything you want in Manual Antonio National Park & Quepos (and a short, easy walk to great restaurants/cafes, a supermarket, and a bank), look no further. We could have happily spent our entire stay on the balcony admiring the view of the Pacific and the sloth that hung out on a nearby tree for the duration of our stay. If the place weren't a 5 minute bus ride from public beaches and the park entrance (310 colones each way), it would be easy to do so. The apartment had anything and everything we could have wanted and Tariq had helpful and accurate advice for everything outside, too, including a great yoga studio just around the corner. Even though Tariq was hours ahead of us in the U.K. while we visited, it felt like he was on-site to help out. Effortless check-in/out and a clean, secure condo were added bonuses to our favorite place we stayed while in Costa Rica. When we return, this place will be first on our list. Gracias, Tariq!

This place was great! Beautiful views with a large balcony to enjoy them, close to awesome restaurants and bars, walking distance to the beach, and right up the hill from Manuel Antonio National Park. Although we had a car, it was not needed as we walked everywhere. Tariq was extremely kind, communicative, and helpful. Highly recommend; will stay here again!

We loved this place and the location! The view from the balcony is amazing! The place was a super short walk to restaurants, bank, and bars, and very short drive to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
