This is one of the most stylish and unexpected apartments in central London. It is at the heart of the city, in bustling, noisy Soho (until recently London's old red-light district!) where you'll find all the best restaurants, theatres, bars and nightlife but the flat is also RELATIVELY peaceful and quiet, relative to the noise and with a lush roof garden where you can escape from it all. Relative to quiet suburbs it is noisier here; there is no more central place in London.
The main living space of the flat is very large and the terraces are extraordinary for central London.

Soho is the most eclectic and exciting part of London. Within 10 minutes' walk from Buckingham Palace, the National Gallery and most major visitor attractions, it is also where London comes to dine and be entertained. It is also 5 minutes' walk to the amazing shopping areas of Regent Street, Mayfair, St James's and Covent Garden. It is busy during the day and busier and noisier at night, particularly at weekends. There's something for everyone in Soho. It is a mix of the seedy and the glamorous so do not rent this room if you're unsettled by inner city nighttime commotion. I'm saying this because a few people in the past were upset about this. I'd advise you to look up Soho on the web so you understand how utterly cool but also mixed this place is.
