The house was a wonderful getaway for me and my girlfriends. We had everything we needed, from kitchen prep-ware to a cozy fire to beautiful views. Locke and her husband were very responsive and easy to communicate with. This would be a wonderful multi-family vacation home with lots of room to spread out and relax.
We loved the inverness home and Locke and her husband were helpful with some initial glitches. It was a comfortable and beautiful retreat. We sincerely hope to return. Thanks!
Locke was a terrific host and very responsive to our questions. The house was in impeccable order, very cozy and exactly as described. We had an amazing long weekend celebrating my son's wedding. The deck, with it's panoramic view made entertaining and cocktail hour very special. The kitchen is well equipped for a bbqs and dinner parties. We look forward to returning in the near future and highly recommend this lovely retreat in Inverness. Very special place and only 5 minutes to the beach.
My family of 5 stayed here for a week right after Labor Day. The location is wonderful--Chicken Ranch Beach is a 2 minute walk from the house. A private and large deck offers great views of Tomales Bay. There are countless hiking trails, many beaches, and a good number of restaurants located nearby. The house itself was great, with lots of windows, fully equipped kitchen, two grills, very clean and comfortable. Locke was great; very responsive, provided clear and helpful information. We had a relaxing and very enjoyable stay; we just loved it!
I stayed here with a few friends for a weekend getaway from the city. It was amazing. The house has everything you need: 2 grills, tools for shucking oysters, an incredible living space and a deck with lovely views.
The destination is incredibly private, however we were only a 5 minute walk to a kayak rental place. The location is also only a few miles drive from town, which has great grocery stores.
Be warned -- cell service is spotty and the Internet isn't great... but being out here, it's best that way.
We stayed at Locke's place for a long weekend. Everything went really smoothly and as expected. The house is beautiful and cozy, with an amazing view and a wonderful deck. The house is also well-stocked with everything you might need. Locke was very friendly and helpful, even sending additional information about 4th of July activities that were taking place in the area. We definitely hope to stay there again sometime.
This house was everything we expected, with a great location and great views. The owner was very helpful, and we loved shucking oysters on the beautiful deck.
