Relax with your family in this charming modern rural villa with swimming pool in the Itria Valley, between 'trulli' and 'lamia', close to beautiful white towns and beaches, enjoying all that Puglia has to offer!
The space
This modern country house has a main property with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (2 en-suite), small home-office area, living room, kitchen and laundry, floor heating, air conditioning (central air conditioning and only in the bedrooms), fireplace, barbecue, fire pit and a 17 meters long swimming pool with infinity edge. A few meters from the main house there is a charming stone 'lamia' fully renovated with a 4th bedroom and bathroom, in addition to independent air conditioning and hot air and fire place. Going down a staircase with access right next to the main house, we have the 5th bedroom with an external patio, bathroom, independent air conditioning and underfloor heating. The stone lamia and the 5th bedroom will only be used if there are more than 6 guests (max. 10 guests).
We also have a kennel as well as a private forest. All this just a few minutes from the center of Cisternino, close to the Adriatic beaches and many other attractions that make Villa Flora a more than special place!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property, which is fully fenced, with 10,000 square meters of land.
In addition to the main house, the outdoor suites will only be accessible to groups larger than 6 guests. Suite 4 will be available only to groups of 7 or 8 guests, and suites 4 and 5 will be available to groups of 9 or 10 guests.
Other things to note
For stays longer than 7 nights, 1 extra cleaning is included in the rate. There is no change of bed, bath and pool linen, provided at check-in. The change can be requested in advance with an additional cost of 10 euros/person.
