The space
Our space is one of a kind. You will not find a space like it in the CAROLINA'S. Luxury Acres is located on 4 beautiful acres in a country setting. Great for sleepovers and small intimate gatherings. We also host larger events but it will have to be booked directly for security purposes. Per Airbnb guidelines no events over the 20 persons booked through Airbnb) If an unknown party is booked you will be cancelled or ask to vacate with NO refund . Please do things the right way.

You will be responsible for all guest and their behaviors. By booking with us you are agreeing that you will be the responsible person and held liable for ALL guest.

All extra guests must be gone by 9 pm! Quiet Hours START 9 pm to 7 am. NO EXCEPTION. If you can not follow by this rule please DO Not book with us.

We do have 6 exterior cameras that we monitor to make sure rules are followed and for liability.

Any guests over 12 persons will be cancelled if not prior approve.

The pool is NOT heated but the hot tub is heated year round.
