  • Bethany was a perfect host. She gave me very clear directions on how to find her apartment and made sure that I felt very comfortable in her home which is in a nice quiet and safe area. I felt like a friend visiting, and by the end of my stay we were friends. Highly recommended.

  • My best friend and myself had quite a good experience staying with Bethany for about a week. The room was huge and Bethany's place is quite close to the subway. She was very helpful and provided us with a New York map and also allowed us to check in early on the day we arrived. I would recommend this room for its reasonable price.

  • Bethany is a talented, open-minded person and a great host.
We had a smooth and relaxed 20-day stay and we couldn't have asked for more!

The apartment is situated in a safe residential area, just a block away from the Prospect Park, the beautiful Greenwood Cemetery and F and G subway lines. There is also a helpful 24h convenience store in front of the building for the morning coffee, and the late night ice cream. The room is comfortable and bigger than it looks in the pictures.

    I highly recommend it!

  • This was our first time in New York and after a long and arduous flight, we were warmly welcomed by Bethany into her home with her gorgeous cat. Bethany's home is very calm and relaxing and over a glass of wine we got to know each other well enough to feel comfortable sharing her apartment space. Bethany is a very interesting and knowledgable person and we would recommend her company and the experience of staying with her. The apartment block is in a safe neighbourhood with only a 5 to 7 minute walk to two subway lines.

  • We had a really lovely time staying with Bethany in Caton Ave. The room was huge, warm and nicely laid out. Caton avenue is so well located, a very quick subway ride to the city and other areas of Brooklyn. We enjoyed discovering cafes and bars close by.
Bethany herself was extremely interesting and charming, she made us feel welcome and relaxed the whole time. It was a pleasure to get to know her. A great place to stay.
