Colorfully inviting, intimate and cozy space. New, top-of-the line non-toxic foam mattress.
Explore our area after a delicious homemade breakfast and return home to relax with an evening glass of wine preceeding a good night's sleep. We provide a 1st floor, cozy, private room with queen size fold away couch made extra comfortable for your sleeping pleasure. We recently upgraded the mattress to a natural, pure latex over memory foam which is hypoallergenic. If both rooms are booked, there is a 1/2 bath upstairs for your use, shower needs to be shared. Our home is on four acres of land with beautiful organic vegetable and flower gardens.
Aside from your own sleeping area, please relax in our family room, play our baby grand piano in our living room, cook your meal in our kitchen and enjoy it at our dining room table, on the deck or on our patio surrounded by gardens.

We will be available to provide assistance in ways that will make your stay more comfortable, enjoyable and memorable.
We are located within fast and easy access to major highways, our town center has a central green in old New England style. We are about 1/2 mile to a gorgeous reservoir that invites a relaxing stroll or vigorous walk or beautiful bike ride on a dirt road. Take a picnic lunch on one of many huge, boulders and enjoy nature at its fullest. Enjoy fishing with appropriate license. No swimming allowed. Authorized boats available to fishermen only, no rental fee. Must have own life jackets.
Easy access to I-84 and many interesting and enjoyable sites as mentioned above. No public transportation except for taxis or a bus about 2 1/2 miles from our home.

In close proximity to UCONN campus. Conveniently located, 20 minutes to Hartford's Mark Twain House, Atheneum Museum, and several stellar theatrical venues. Close to many area universities, Sturbridge Village, the Pequot Indian Museum and Mystic Seaport. Wifi available on site.
