2 bedroom apartment with sea view, Conveniently located at the heart of Ashvem beach next to many restaurants and shops. With beach access just across the street. Great for families.

The space
Spacious 2 bedroom apartment includes dining area, kitchen with gas stove, bathroom with shower and instant heater for hot water, both the bedrooms have balconies with sea view. Air conditioner is also available in both the bedrooms.

We live right next door to the property and are always happy to help or advise our guests if it is needed.

The neighborhood has a lot to offer with amazing beach views and good restaurants right next door.

There are scooters, bikes and car rental available for fast and convenient transportation. But most of the places are easily accessible by foot or taxi which are around 300 rupees per ride.

In times of power cuts,we do have 2-battery system UPS inverter which can run lights and all the fans for few hours. #We do have Water purifier.
