Just a block away from upper King Street, the new epicenter of the city's renowned restaurant and nightlife district. Enjoy some of Charleston's best local dining with Hominy Grill, Five Loaves Cafe, Two Boroughs Larder, The Westendorff, The Ordinary, and The Grocery all located within 3 blocks of the house. This wonderful cultural city also offers galleries, museums, gorgeous churches, carriage tours, great shopping, and the beach is just minutes away.
If you enjoy the outdoors, the house is surrounded by a large courtyard with koi ponds, fountains, outdoor seating, and a heated pool.
Provided is one free OFF-STREET parking space that is secure.
2 night minimum stay.
Rates are based on time of year and events.
Check in is at 4 PM, Check out is at 11 AM.
This is a private home, guests will have access to the entire home.

We are available to help guests with any issues that may arise.
Our rental is located in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood which is considered the "Gateway to the Peninsula". The streets of this neighborhood have a great energy and youthfulness. Along the Spring Street and Cannon Street corridor there are a number of local restaurants, flower shops, bakeries, and other small boutiques.
One free off-street parking space included. Most everything is within walking distance from the rental.
In addition, there are multiple taxi services, as well as Uber.
Other Things to Note
Nightly rate includes accommodation tax.
The guest shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The guest shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of the reservation and guest shall then immediately vacate the premises. Quiet hours starts at 11 PM and pool and outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum.
