Calm and convenient location

This area is easy to get around.

Enjoy the luxurious grounds of our recently redone graceful and historic Carriage House, just two blocks to the Nimitz museum, Visitor Center, shopping and great restaurants. Sip your Fredericksburg wine on manicured patio areas in the shade of our 100 year old Pecans. Let us help plan your stay and guide you to our favorite restaurants, wineries and shops.

The space
Recently renovated gorgeous historic 100 yr old home with super comfy beds and bedding. Our kitchen is well stocked for cooking and backyard grilling. Porches and Patios galore. An easy walk to Main Street. Due to the age of the house and many level changes, we require a release be signed for minor children.

Guest access
Parking is located on the Washington Street side under the covered area. There is room for 4 Medium to small l sized vehicles and 1 spot in the garage driveway (owners utilize the other driveway spot when coming and going), please coordinate with all guests and limit cars to designated spots. Quiet Historic neighborhood with gorgeous old trees. You'll have full use of the main house, front patio, back patio, backyard and side patio. Owner utilizes a cottage and the garage apartment when in town, but we stay out of sight, unless you'd like us to share info on our fav spots!

Other things to note
If you'd like to have extras waiting for you in the house, message after you book and I can arrange for flowers, wine, charcuterie boards, breakfast muffins, etc. Happy to help you with where to go while you are here!! Also, we are very respectful of our neighbors in the neighborhood. Please note that Fredericksburg requires no noise outside after 10PM and that exterior lights be turned off at this time. Any complaints from neighbors will now be responded to by FBG police department and could result in a ticket. Please help us be good neighbors and observe the light and noise rules.
