Roberto is a great host. The room was excatly how we expected, everything was good.
Napoli is not a clean and safe city. The road from train station to the apartment is dirty. You also have to be careful near the area of house. The house is clean. The host suggested us to go eating pizza
somewhere, but it is not delicious.
Robbie's house was excellent value for the money. He is a very nice guy, with good recommendations of what to see in Napoli. The room and place was clean. The apartment was a little dark, as the lights are all turned off when no one is around. The downside, the room is very noisy, as it is close to a busy street, but perhaps this is just Napoli as it seemed like a noisy city to me. Bring ear plugs. Also, the shower is not the best. But all in all excellent value for the money.
All we needed was a room to sleep for one night so that we could catch our plane the next day, and this definitely served our purposes. The wifi was good and the place was clean, though it was more of a hostel than a B and B. Also, it wasn't a big deal to us but we didn't get the exact room we reserved (he had us stay in the "Pink Room" and not the "Green Room"). Robby was very helpful in recommending places to visit.
I actually didn't get a chance to stay at Roberto's b&b because he ended up realizing he was overbooked after I'd already made my reservation. To his credit, he tried very hard to make amends by finding me another b&b to stay in and paying for it since the mistake became apparent too late for me to get a refund. The substitute place was likely not as nice as Roberto's, but it was someplace to stay all the same.
Robby's House was great! As advertised!
The room and the entire apartment was very clean and tidy. No complaints. Internet was great too!
Robby was very helpful in trying to answer any questions I had for him, and gave me some great tips in getting around.
The only negative I can think of is the location of Robby's House is the location. I don't think it's necessarily the best location in the city. Though I didn't have any issues or anything like that, I just felt that I had to be cautious.
I would definitely recommend Robby's House to anyone!
Note: don't take a cab from the train station, they don't exactly know the area - I got dropped-off somewhere else. It's only a 15 min. walk and you safe a TON of money.
I am very happy that I picked to stay at Robby's. He went out of his way to be helpful, arranging a taxi, suggestions of where to go and with lots of good advice. Nothing was too much trouble!
The room was clean and comfortable and I was able to make tea and coffee in the kitchen whenever I liked. I hope to return on my way back to Naples.
Robby's house was a great place in Naples, walking distance from where the airport shuttle drops you off. Robby was very accommodating, and met us with our late arrival. Additionally, we walked around the area upon arrival (in the late evening) and felt very safe. Would recommend!
Robby is a great host, very professional and knowledgable about Naples. He runs his bnb in a very organised manner. Our communication is very smooth. He gives clear direction and great recommendation. The one-day program to the coastline plus Castel dell'Ovo, Castel Nouvo and the Royal Palace is my best day in Naples!
The apartment is right at the head of Via Tribunali, so very easy to locate and avoid the trouble of dragging luggage on the cobble stone street.
Roberto is very nice, and staying at his place was clean, inexpensive, and uncomplicated. The place is very tidy and also very central, a stone's throw from the Pio Monte and the Duomo, so it's a good spot!
