Century-old building in the heart of Gaeta, ten minutes walking to the beach, one minute to the seaside. 2014 reviews missing because of season-long renovation: new AC, sofa bed, paint job and general re-decorating.
Here follows some information that will help you enjoy our home and make the best of your vacation:
•NO SMOKING INSIDE PLEASE!
If you smoke, please do that on the terrace while stargazing, or while enjoying a cup of coffee on the terrace. The guests arriving after you will appreciate your consideration.
•WIFI is now unlimited
•Please use extra towels and linens only in case of emergency.
•If you break something please let us know so that we can replace it.
•If the stove runs out of gas (and unfortunately you will only realize it while cooking…), you can go, anytime any day, to the shop around the corner (coming out from the door on the street you go right and then right, the shop is immediately on your right), they will come and replace it. We ask you to pay for it (it will be less than 20 Euros) and we will refund you the next day.
•Please switch the air conditioning off when not at home. Electricity is very expensive in Italy and it will take only a few minutes to refresh the house when you come back home.
•Please be careful when opening and closing the sofa bed: it is not very intuitive so please use the instructions provided.
•Please close the umbrella in the terrace when not at home. The wind can pull it down and break it, or become dangerous for other people.
•Please mind your head when descending the stairs outside the apartment: after the first corner it is quite low…
•You will be provided with my telephone number, do not hesitate to contact me for any assistance. Have a nice holiday! Cecilia
