Coyote Hill Lodge is a breathtaking property surrounded by national forests with gorgeous views of the San Juan Mountains. The property is professionally designed and furnished for your comfort and relaxation, offering plenty of space. The lodge also features shared gathering areas such as a large kitchen and dining room, a ground level family game room, and an upper loft area perfect for viewing the wilderness out of the large windows. Socialize down by the fire pit outside to end your night!
The space
Coyote Hill Lodge Unit A2 is a main level, end Unit. From the windows in the lodge, beautiful, unobstructed views of the mountains can be seen as well as the wildlife that passes through. Unit A2 features a private entrance, a bedroom with a brand new mattress, a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and a living room with a sleeper sofa. Along with the spacious Unit, the lodge features common gathering areas perfect for socializing! The full kitchen/dining room, upper loft and ground level family game room are all available to use during your stay.
The operating property manager lives on site in his own private space for your convenience and safety. He is happy to help in any way, but gives your group your space and privacy during your stay.
Guest access
Your private Unit is able to be locked using the keys given upon check-in.
Feel free to explore the lodge and the property grounds, just please refrain from entering doors labeled “private”, other guests Units, or the property managers Unit for any reason.
Parking on-site is free for all guests.

The Operating Manager lives on-site in their own private space and is available 24/7 in case of an emergency. We are here to help if needed, but will give your group your space during your stay here.
Other things to note
Please be aware the outdoor fire pit may not be available for use if the winter snow fall is too heavy or if there is a county fire restriction in place during the time of your stay. Feel free to inquire about the fire pit prior to or during your stay and we will be happy to answer any questions.
*Hammock and swing chairs may be temporarily taken down during bad weather or heavy winter snow

Coyote Hill Lodge is located 10 minutes from Downtown Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Pagosa Springs is rich with Western history, fun breweries, fantastic shopping and eclectic eateries. It’s also home to “The World’s Deepest Mineral Hot Springs” as well as an abundance of nature hikes and activities.
