Beautiful and comfortable home on a corner lot waiting for you to call it your second home. The home is very spacious with a lot of natural light. The high ceilings and open floor plan make it the perfect place to enjoy your time with friends and family.

The home is centrally located in Modesto in a quiet and developed area. Walking distance to a shopping mall on Coffee Rd with a Walmart Neighborhood market. Close to Sutter Health Memorial Medical Center and Doctors Medical Center.

The space
The home is sparkling clean, features stylish new furniture, appliances and bedding sets. Master bedroom with the private bathroom has a direct access to the beautiful back yard, work station is set up in the office space next to the kitchen and dinning area. The couch in the office can be converted to a queen sized bed, and bedding sets are in the laundry room closet. Enjoy the trip here with your family/love ones!

Should propane for the grill or fire pit run out during a stay, we would happily refill it. We love making sure our guests are cared for and accommodated. Please feel free to send us messages before, during, or after a stay.

Guest access
There is plenty of parking in the 3 car garage, in the driveway and on the street. For garage access please note you will need to open and close the garage door using the panel on the wall.

Other things to note
Watch your step when walking from the hallway or the office area to the living/dinning room - there is a step down to the living/dining room.

There is an alarm system and a few exterior cameras facing the street. These are not activated and not in use.
