Guests are be able to access all parts of the house. Designated parking is available to side of the house (second parking to the left).

- We have one dedicated parking spot for an SUV available. The parking spot will not fit a truck. Street parking is available in plenty.-

- Pets: 1 dog max ONLY. No cats or other animals. Please keep dogs off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra. Please do not leave dogs unattended.

- Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house.

- You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories.

- Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house.

- Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute:
- Daily / Weekly cleaning / Linen change
- Home Chef services
- Baby gear
- Propane gas refill for grill
- Early check-in: Please inquire at 8 PM of the day before check-in to confirm early check-in availability. Prices as follows:
- 2:30 PM onwards: complimentary when available
