Memo's place was perfect for a stay in Montreal close to festival activities. Check in/check out were easy and flexible and Memo was readily available when we had questions. Thanks Memo!
We were attending a conference at the Palais des Congres de Montreal, and found this apartment to be in the perfect location - just a few blocks away from the conference, and an easy walk from Rue Saint-Denis, even Old Montreal. The apartment was very comfortable and easy to access, and Memo was in contact the entire trip making sure things were going well. My only complaint was the entertainment system, if you're coming from America and don't have a Canadian Netflix account you'll be stuck watching YouTube on Chromecast. Not a priority when you've got the city to explore, but something to be aware of. Otherwise, the place was perfect!
An extremely convenient apartment, well maintained, up to date, and well placed for central Montreal. Memo provided all necessities, including invaluable advice on where to park our car ($16ca per day) on a nearby, supervised, lot. The old port is about half a mile distant, the central venues and squares for the arts and festivals are just around the corner, and the plateau is about 30mins walk up hill along the endlessly distracting (in a positive way) (website hidden) Laurent. The view from the apartment is pretty good -especially bright in the morning. And (always useful to know), internet access is excellent -fast and reliable. Yes, we would use Memo's place again.
The apartment was clean and stylish and in a good location, walking distance to many attractions like Old Montreal and the Notre Dame Basilica. Memo was friendly and helpful and always quick with communication in response our questions. Would definitely recommend.
Memo was an excellent host, he was always available to answer any questions & suggestions regarding the city, places that we wanted to visit. I requested to have some German Beers and we had them in the fridge upon to our arrival.
The apartment was extremely cozy, clean, exactly as shown in all the photos, the building was very secured & quiet. Location was nice, walking distance to multiple restaurants & local business. Also the parking lot was very close and secured, we left the vehicle over the weekend and the rate was very affordable considering that we could be in and out of the lot without additional charges.
Memo's appartment was very well presented and quite spacious. It had every thing we required and was in a great location to all the sights of Montreal. Memo was an excellent host and kept in contact with us on arrival.
