The space
Baca Cabin is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 1,500 sq ft split-level cabin located near Compton and Ponca, Arkansas. The home sits at the end of a quiet dead-end road and is supplied by a private well, offering fresh mountain water and a peaceful, rural setting.

Living Area

The main living room includes reclining seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV. The open layout connects directly to the kitchen, allowing easy flow between cooking, dining, and relaxing.

The kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware, dishes, and appliances. The dining area features a large table with seating for eight.

Access to Baca Cabin includes:

Approximately 2 miles of county-maintained gravel road
Followed by ¼ mile of private gravel driveway

Due to the remote location of Baca Cabin, motorcycles and low-clearance sports cars are not recommended.

For the smoothest route, especially when traveling from the west, we recommend navigating through Capps, AR and then to 9594 Baca. This route helps prevent GPS from directing guests down a longer, rougher back way and avoids approximately 6 miles of additional gravel road.

Please allow extra travel time, as rural Ozark roads can be winding and unpaved in sections.

Please also be respectful of neighboring properties along the access road.
