Fully equipped apartment, two blocks north of Plaza Altamira. Walking distance to good restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies. Very close to the consulates of Peru, Spain, Portugal and Italy, the clinics El Avila and La Floresta. By car, very close to the exits to the highway and to other places in the city.

The apartment is 56 meters and is very cozy, airy and quiet. There is a TV in the living room to watch cable TV and a computer to watch Netflix on the other side of the living room. The bedroom has a dark curtain, the closet is very spacious. The bathroom is inside the room. It has WIFI from Intercable. It has cutlery, plates, pans, pots, cups, glasses, coffee maker, salt, kitchen towels, oil and sugar. Washer-dryer inside the apartment, and also, washer-dryer in the basement of the building.

Altamira is a very good neighborhood in the east of Caracas, located between Los Palos Grandes and La Castellana, and belongs to the municipality of Chacao. It is a safe area with a high percentage. It is a mix of residential and commercial areas, so there are many places to shop and satisfy other needs.
