  • Erina was great with communication, flexible with meeting up and overall a fantastic host.

  • The room is just like in the picture, small, but sufficient for 2 people who want to spend time exploring New York opposed to spending time in the room. There is plenty of storage room for your clothes and suitcases. The location is great, basically next to little Italy and Chinatown. From here you can basically explore Manhattan on foot! Erina seems to be friendly, I say seems, because we only saw her the day we arrived. She's helpful, taking on an order I placed at her work and bringing it home for me.... thank you again for that! I would take the room again. Enjoy your stay!

  • This apartment is perfectly functional as a place to stay, and is well located. The room has enough natural light, but there is none in the kitchen/bathroom. It suited us as a base, but we weren't terribly comfortable 'hanging out' there. But why would you pay NY prices to stay inside anyway??

Erina kindly warned us about the cat, so we knew ahead, but we still found a lot of cat hair in our room, as I think that is where the cat likes to spend its days.

Erina answered the few questions we asked of her, but she was not forthcoming at all. If you are after some guest/host interaction, which we have enjoyed when staying with other airbnb hosts, you may not find it here.

  • I was in NYC for a week and needed a base camp when I was not out seeing the city, and it was everything I needed it to be. Erina was flexible with the check-in and it all went smooth. If you're going to NYC and plan to spend most of your time outside this is a good choice.

  • We had a very nice stay in the apartment from Erina. As it was a working week , we didn't have a lot of opportunities to talk but all things we needed were provided a good shower, a normal bed and some information about the city. Even the first day we had 2h delay and arrived late at night, but Erina waited for us to give us all the information we needed. Metro and buses are close and the apartment is close enough to Manhattan bridge to make a beautiful walk. I certainly recommand this place if you want to explore the city and need an easy place to sleep.

  • Had a brief stay at Erina's apt in the LES. The apartment is small, but cozy. It is a perfect place to rest up, and get cleaned up, during a stay in NY.
At the price, the place is great, and I would definitely stay there again.

Recommend to guests, who are travelling on a budget.

  • I stayed at Erina's for a week. Her apartment is small but really cozy, and the location is just awesome. She was really helpful with us and very flexible with our check-in and check-out, something that I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying at her place!

  • Erina was amenable to us coming in just after midnight, after driving from Broadway, and communicated with us to make planning easy. The room, bathroom, and kitchen was clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was private and quiet enough. we even found a street parking spot less than a block away. Even the kitty was friendly.
