Great RV lot in the charming seaside gated community of Windmill Village in Jensen Beach, Florida. Enjoy all of the amenities including private beach on the Atlantic Ocean, large swimming pool, community boat launch on the Indian River, gym, pool tables, shuffleboard, laundry room, bath house and so much more. RV lot has full hookup, electric, water, sewer, cable and wifi available. Long term tenants only (181 days or more).
Tenant pays electric and Wi-Fi cable included.

Windmill Village is within walking distance to many restaurants and great shopping and a short drive to Downtown Jensen Beach and its right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean.

Other things to note
After you book this property you will be emailed a Windmill Village tenant application to be approved by hoa board. Owner will provide tenant a temporary gate code to initially enter property. Tenant of 6 months or longer pay an additional 50.00 for a background check done by the hoa
