- With our fully-equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, web streaming subscriptions (Netflix, HBO Go, Amazon Prime), and carefully selected beddings and decor, we hope to make your stay as pleasant and as relaxing as we can.

- The unit is in an Apartment Building, gated compound.

- Guests can check themselves in. The unit’s main door uses an electronic lock for which the passcode will be provided to guests at least 2 days before check-in.

- Shared Parking Space, street parking available.

- 2-storey unit good for 4-5 persons ONLY

- 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor complete with beddings/linen.

- 1.5 bathrooms. Powder room on the first floor and a full bath on the second floor complete with hot shower and bidet. Shampoo, soap, towels and hair dryers are provided.

- The living room has a sofa that can double as additional bed.

- Open dining and living area - ample seating, creatively designed to fit a small space.

- Coffee and tea are provided.

- Mini atrium/pocket garden: perfect for that morning cuppa or that afternoon tea and reading. Enjoy the outdoor indoors and get a view of the sky and the plants just above the seating area.

- Preferably No Pets

- No Smoking

- Fire extinguishers available and smoke detectors installed in the unit

- CCTV in operation 24/7 in common areas such as the main gate and shared driveway.

King’s Apartments is a gated apartment compound within Greenbreeze II Subdivision with 5 two-storey apartments and a penthouse. The first 3 two-storey units are currently occupied by long-term tenants, some of whom have children and pets. Please keep the noise level down as some of the tenants work from home during the day.
