Welcome to Villa Cabernet. One of the area’s most distinguished luxury estates is now open for guests to revel in. From a beautiful wrought iron staircase and crown molding to dark wood finishes and tile floors, all facets of the home showcase aesthetic mastery. Perfect for large groups, it features 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a 6 car garage, and an attached guest house with its own bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, and living room.

Experiential amenities, including billiards, poker, and upscale Thermador appliances for cooking elevate the home to the highest level of entertainment. An outdoor kitchen equipped with granite counters, a pizza oven, grill, beverage refrigerators, ice maker, warming drawers, and dishwasher allow guests to spend their days indulging poolside. A private chef can also be arranged upon request if the thought of leaving your lounge chair is tiresome. However, you won’t want to miss diving (or sliding) into your pool, which features a waterfall, grotto, and water slide. The estate is a must-see as it has so much to offer, especially a memorable experience for the entire group!

- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and needs to be requested before your stay.
- Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to additional pet fees and deposits. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStays approval you may be subject to a fine
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine
- The fireplace is non-operational.
- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
- This home has a max occupancy of 28.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
