The space
Beachfront Paradise Boutique Hotel consists of six rooms and one outdoor Pavilion. All the rooms of our B&B are located right on the Agua Blanca beach, and have a stunning ocean view. Our retreat is LGBTQ and family friendly.

Beachfront Paradise Boutique Hotel is an unparalleled refuge. We have six spaces available for our guests throughout our estate. All the rooms are located right on the Agua Blanca beach, and offer a stunning ocean view.

In the first tower, we offer your choice of either the Ocean Room, Moon Room or Star Pavilion. Each has its own en-suite bathroom. The Ocean Room is on the ground floor and contains a king size bed. The Moon room is directly above, on the second floor, and contains two double beds. On the terrace, we also offer the entirely open-air Star Pavilion (available seasonally, November through April,) with a king-size bed under the stars, surrounded only by sights and sounds of the Pacific.

In the second tower we offer the Turtle Room on the ground floor with a king-size bed and kitchenette, and the Beach Room on the second floor with a king-size bed.

Our beachfront house contains the Breeze Room, with a queen size bed. Above the house is our Palapa Terrace, accessible to all guests, with delightful hammocks and guaranteed ocean-breezes.

Your welcoming hosts live on the premises in the other part of the Beachfront house.

We have excellent, provided by STARLINK wifi, and several outdoor spaces for relaxing with a book and a glass of champagne. Magenta and white bougainvillea will be your canopy. Our shallow pool is perfect for cooling off, or swimming with toddlers.

Every morning, you will find a delicious full breakfast on the pool deck. Cold drinks are always waiting in on-site bar. We have outside kitchen facilities for those who want to cook their own meals. And for a separate fee, we can also cook a custommade lunch and dinner with a Polish flair. Host Basia is also the owner of Puerto Escondido’s famous Casa de Pierogi. A variety of family-owned palapa restaurants are just a three minute walk away, selling freshly caught seafood prepared just for you. The oysters are the best in Mexico.

Our beach is a diverse marvel. Directly in front of us are vast open stretches, and within a five minute walk there are calm lagoons created by rock formations and favored by families with small children. In the other direction, lucky surfers delight in the waves. Birdlife abounds and the occasional whale can be seen offshore.

Beachfront Paradise Boutique Hotel is the perfect destination to decompress from anything that ails you, and provides everything you need. It doesn’t get better than this.

About Agua Blanca: Getting around:
We are located 20 miles (33 km) from Puerto Escondido, and equidistant from Mazunte and Zipolite. You can fly into Puerto Escondido airport, or Huatulco International Airport (one hour drive.)

If you are interested in touring, we recommend renting a car at the airport, and can introduce you to local guides.

About Agua Blanca:
Agua Blanca is a small relatively un-discovered beach town on the Pacific coast in Oaxaca, Mexico. The area is an ecotourism and seafood destination. The beach is mostly flat, with fine white sand. The water is warm all year round, and the sunset is magnificent from our property. Local fishermen catch yellowtail, amberjack tuna, oysters, shrimp and lobster. Locals also protect olive ridley and leatherback sea turtle eggs.There are no rental properties, and very little spring break traffic.

Agua Blanca is a small recently discovered beach town on the Pacific coast in Oaxaca, Mexico, which became now an ecotourism and seafood destination. The community consists of about roughly 25 beach palapa restaurants serving locally caught seafood. As of 2008 there was no lodging available for rent in the area.

A 30-minute drive from Puerto Escondido, Playa Agua Blanca is a family spot, with soft, fine sand and a mostly flat beach. You can take off walking in either direction until you get your fill. Several rocky sections can be found along the beach. Because of the rocks close to the sandy shore, the waves break creating natural pools which is ideal for the kids to swim in or just to have a nice soak. The water is warm, and if you stay all day, you can see the sun go down on the horizon. Agua Blanca is popular for family outings on Sundays. People come just for the seafood, which means it is well worth the trip. Palapas dot the beach. You’ll find traditional fare with fish, shrimp and lobster. Nearby, the local fishermen fish yellowtail amberjack tuna, oysters and lobster. Locals also protect olive ridley and leatherback sea turtle eggs.
