Remote guest house situated in the Rimrock section of Pioneertown. On the super private 2.5 acres with over a hundred Joshua trees. Views of mesas, rock formations and distant mountains lend to the feeling of greater space all around. Furnished with one queen size bed bedroom, living room sofa, outdoor lounge furniture and fire pit. Kitchenette, drinkware, dinnerware. Pappy + Harriet's and the Red Dog Saloon just 8 minutes down the road. 1 min to Rimrock Ranch. 32 mins to JT Park (20.9 miles).

This is my own guest house for my friends and family. It’s simple, clean and cozy.

Not accept guests without any reviews.

Exterior security cameras are located on the property for safety purposes.

For security and communication purposes, kindly note that reservations must be made by the individual staying. Bookings made for others will be respectfully canceled.

This is remote location. 9.3 miles from Yucca Valley old town.

The indoor fireplace is currently not functionable. Heating provided by a mini-split system.

No additional overnight guests are allowed. Maximum occupancy is 2 people, not suited for parties. Smoke-free home.

Well-behaved pets are welcome with a one-time fee per pet, per stay (maximum of 2 dogs). Unapproved pets are absolutely not allowed. When requesting a booking, please indicate the number of pets. This will be added to the final price.



LIABILITY WAIVER:
By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that hiking and climbing anywhere on the property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with hiking and/or climbing. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold owner harmless. Guests bringing pets do so at their own risk. The host shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or death of the pet during the stay. The guest assumes full responsibility for the pet’s well-being and agrees to cover any damages caused by the pet.
