Wake up to sweeping ocean vistas, soak in golden sunsets from your private balcony, and step outside to experience the best of both worlds—just seconds to the lively boardwalk and Pacific surf, and moments from the calm, scenic waters of Bonita Bay.

The space
Perched on the 4th-floor corner, this bright coastal retreat offers sweeping west- and south-facing views, abundant natural light, and beautiful ocean vistas. Recently updated with a fresh, beach-inspired aesthetic, the home combines a relaxed atmosphere with a clean, modern coastal feel.

Inside, you'll find two generously sized bedrooms, each with wall-to-wall closets offering plenty of storage, along with two full bathrooms. For additional sleeping accommodations, two roll-away twin beds are available and stored in the bedroom closets.

The space is ideal for families, couples traveling together, or small groups, with accommodations for up to 6 guests—ideally 4 adults and 2 children. The two-bedroom, two-bath layout gives everyone room to spread out while still enjoying a comfortable shared space together.

The well-maintained residential community also offers convenient amenities, including on-site laundry, one assigned off-street parking space, secure bike storage, an additional storage closet, and a shared common area.

Whether you're planning a family beach vacation, a getaway with another couple, or an extended stay by the coast, the condo offers a comfortable home base for enjoying Mission Beach and San Diego.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the laundry facilities located on the ground level. There is one covered assigned parking spot in the garage. The bike storage is located on the west side of the building, accessed from the side walk has two labeled bicycles and locks for your use. Located on the patio are two surfboards and two beach chairs ready for your use! Please rinse off all sand in the outdoor shower located ground level next to the main entrance.
