The space
You will have your own private space in the lower level of a 110 year old home, with all the modern comforts of today. Take comfort in having your own entrance, staircase and privacy while being in the middle of all downtown KC has to offer!

The home was completely renovated top to bottom and finished construction in 2021.

The structure was built in 1915 and didn’t even have electricity at the time. We wanted to preserve the heritage and history of the neighborhood while adding a modern touch to your experience. Your comfort is our goal, please let us know if we can ever make your stay more enjoyable!
