Elegant and cosy 50 m square, high ceiling 3.70 m, one bedroom with 140x190 bed and a new pull out sofa-bed in the livingroom, open plan kitchen, living area, bathroom with bathtub + shower and waching machine, spearated wc room. This apartment in a small quiet town house in a one way street, close to the train station and the main post office in Nice.

Air port Bus 6€ use bus no 99, stops at The La Gare SNCF (train/bus station) 2-3 min. away from the apartment. It will cost aprox. 30-35€ by taxi. Or Uber 20€. Walking distance to the beach, walk straight down our street Berlioz , 6-8 min and you are at the Famous Hotel Negresco on the beach street 'Promenade des Anglais'. The pebble beach of the Baie des Anges (the Bay of Angels) The azure blue waters of the Mediterranean sea will take your breath away. . The trendy and quaint Old Town famous for its “Cours Saleya" flower/ fruit and vegetable market and Antiques on Mondays is 15 min. walk away. You are also ideally placed to enjoy Monaco's Grand Prix, Cannes Film Festival. As you can just easily jump on a train few meters away. Our guest really love this location, it's real, it's easy, away from the noise but in a walking distance to everything. Great to get to and from the airport or train station when you want to explore the French Rivera

Our guest absolutly love this location so easy to get from and to the airport only 20 min with the bus or from the train station 2-3 min walk when you want to explore the riviera. You can walk to the old town, shopping street, beach, art galleries like Chagall museum in 20 min and 10 min more and your are in the Museum of Matisse surounded by the beautiful olive garden with roman ruins behind and next door to the museum is the Monesterie with it's peaceful gardens with a beautiful view over Nice it's a great day out. It;s a must to go walking 20 min by the seafron or through the side street and head to the oldest part of Nice "vieux Nice" it's charming specially in the mornings when you have the flower,fruits vegtable market going on in Cours Saleya every morning until noon it's a feast for all your senses. Having lunch in one of the little local restaurant's a must and then after lunch it's great to head up to the Chateau du Nice, take the stairs if you are in a mood for some exercise( takes around 6-8 min) or take the free lift the safe some energy, up in the garden of the Chateau you will find the best view of Nice and the port and up the the hills around. Sit down for a cafe or a glass of rose and get to know this beautiful pearl of Nice which keep one of the oldest Roman ruins in Europe.
We are located only 2-3 min walk from the main train station in Nice, the stop is called " Nice ville" It's take only 15-20 min to get from the airport with the airport bus... next busstop is by the trainstation and then we have the tramline 5 min walk away, on the main shopping street Av Jean Medicin

I am Icelandic, living most of the time in Nice now. I love visiting Iceland whenever I can. If you choose to stay in our place either in Reykjavik or Nice, I will enjoy helping you discover the city and the surroundings as best as I can. I am a Yoga teacher, studying french art and culture and just finished my Sophrology studies. I put my pride and joy into making this holiday home as comforatble and beautiful as possible for you and friends too.
