This recently remodeled 1,500 sf home nestled on a large corner lot on Porter Creek is the perfect vacation home equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. Relax to the sound of the creek. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is equipped with high speed internet, TV’s in every room, large deck with gas grill and located 5 minutes from downtown Boyne City. The Point restaurant at Sommerset Marina and Advance General store is just a short walk from this home.

The space
This space has recently been remodeled and everything is brand new and beautiful! The open floor plan creates lots of space to spread out. Large 3 acre lot for hanging out and yard games (provided). Extra large fire-pit ring, spacious deck for cooking out and viewing the wildlife, not to mention viewing the fish run up the creek from the large platform deck by the creek. Each bedroom has their own TV and the 2 guest rooms have trundle beds for additional sleeping space. This home is just a short drive to Petoskey, East Jordan and Charlevoix. Boyne mountain resort is 15 minutes away and offers skiing, golf, water park, spa, zip-lining and tennis. Closest town is Boyne City with amazing restaurants and shops.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire home and large lot. The garage will not be available for use.

Other things to note
One well behaved dog under 30lbs will be allowed for an additional pet fee of $50 per night. Dogs are NOT allowed on furniture or beds and must be picked up in the yard.

Please use the Lakeshore driveway access for parking and do not park on Poplar lane.

This home is located in a peaceful residential area 3 miles from downtown Boyne City and across the street from Lake Charlevoix. The sound of the soothing creek in the backyard is relaxing and beautiful. The Long driveway provides plenty of room for parking and boat/snowmobile trailer. You can walk to the Advance General store for provisions within minutes. Family Fare grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. The house is located between two Marina's, Bay Marina which has boat rentals and gas dock and Sommerset Marina with boat launch, restaurant within walking distance.
