CO2 detector and fire alarms in each room and hallway. These are active. If battery is low, screeching sound will happen—so we are assured these are up to date and keeping you safe during your stay.
no smoking indoors. preferably no shoes on white living room rug. keep screen to backyard closed. Shut off propane after using bbq. Be respectful of backyard as we share it with our generous neighbors. No loud music outside after 11. Lock up when finished. Put key in plastic grocery bag (or other non-descript packaging) and toss over gate far enough so that nobody can grab it through gate. Thanks!
Tiffany is a graphic designer working mom of 2 kids, ages 5 & 8. Loves her Brooklyn community and the people that live and visit there!
Chuck (UPenn graduate) works as a copywriter for advertising and is incredibly handy around the house. He even built the treehouse in the backyard!
Both of us love riding bikes around the city, picnics with the family and whatever cultural events we can make room in the schedule for.
