Our home comfortably sleeps four guests total. While there are three bedrooms, our permit only allows two for your stay - one has a king bed, one has a queen, and one has twin bunk beds.
One designated parking spot is included with your stay. No off-site parking is available. Trailers and boats are not permitted in the parking lot. Pets are not allowed due to HOA rules - we appreciate your understanding.

Welcome to our special getaway in the mountains, where we’ve thoughtfully curated every detail to make you feel right at home. Whether you’re planning a romantic escape, a friends’ retreat, or a family adventure, our space is designed to offer comfort, convenience, and a touch of Tahoe magic.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be surrounded by the beauty of Tahoe, with stunning seasonal scenery that makes every stay unique - whether you're cozying up in winter or soaking in the summer sun.
Comfort & Charm with Thoughtful Touches:
Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up delicious meals. While it's not a professional chef’s kitchen, it has everything you need to create gourmet-worthy dishes.
The open living space features a 65" TV where you can log into your favorite streaming services. The home has been recently refreshed with high-end furnishings, all arranged to take full advantage of the peaceful view from our deck, which overlooks a year-round creek. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. A half bath is also conveniently located on the main floor.
Spacious & Serene Bedrooms:
Upstairs, you'll find two inviting bedrooms:
-- Primary Suite: A king-sized bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom create the perfect retreat after a day of Tahoe adventures.
-- Guest Bedroom: A generously sized room with a queen bed and a small desk, making it ideal for a 30-day workcation (just bring your laptop!). A full bathroom separates the two bedrooms for added privacy.
Downstairs there is a bunk room with two full beds.
A Peaceful End-Unit with a Private Feel:
As an end unit, our home has only one shared wall, offering extra privacy and a serene side yard to enjoy. To access the unit, there are eight stairs broken into two sections, and once inside, there are 15 stairs leading up to the bedrooms.
A Luxury Stay with Long-Term Options:
We take pride in providing a high-end experience for our guests, and we welcome your feedback to make your stay even better! We also offer extended 30+ day rentals - please reach out if you’re interested.
Beach Package: Enjoy a day at the beach with our special package that includes (4) chairs, (2) umbrellas, beach towels, floats, a cooler, and a wagon to haul it all in. Please ask us about it!
Important to Note:
While we strive to make your stay as seamless as possible, we cannot provide full refunds for circumstances beyond our control, including wildfires, air quality conditions, or winter storms.

Guest access
From the front door, you can walk to Lake Tahoe in under 15 minutes. You can also walk to Raley’s supermarket, restaurants, bars, and more. Or it's just a five-minute walk to our favorite Mexican restaurant and local brewery. Diamond Peak ski resort is about a 10-minute drive.
There is one parking spot available for our unit. It is not numbered, but feel free to park anywhere in the complex lot, and/or on the street in front of the complex in the designated spots. You will need to place the parking pass on your dash or hang it from your mirror while parking on the grounds.
REALLY IMPORTANT: Please make sure to leave the parking pass on the kitchen counter when you leave. If they accidentally go home with you, you hereby authorize the Owner to charge you a $100 per pass fee.
No boats, trailers, or RV’s are allowed.
Other things to note
This unique location also provides creekside dining on the back patio when weather permits, right next to our gas BBQ grill.
BEACH ACCESS: All beaches in Incline Village are private and require either a local IVGID picture ID or pre-paid passes. Booking our home **does not** guarantee access to any of the local beaches, but you are welcome to contact us to see if we have any passes available during your stay.
There are two other great beaches within a 10-15 minute drive from our home:
SAND HARBOR. They currently charge entrance fees of $10.00 per car ($15.00 for Non-Nevada Vehicles). This is paid to the park directly upon arrival.
KINGS BEACH. They currently charge entrance fees of $10.00 per car, or you can try to find free parking on the street. This is paid to the park directly upon arrival.
During winter, we provide a couple of sleds and snowball makers for your enjoyment as there are several great snow play areas nearby.
As mentioned, we do not allow pets of any kind during a short-term rental as it is a breach of our homeowner's association. If a guest is found to have broken these rules, we will require an additional $250 cleaning fee to be applied to your rental and you will not be allowed to book our home again.
