The Cottage is a whole house rental - 3 levels plus a firepit! Perched on a scenic hilltop, this charming retreat offers breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge mountains and is surrounded by 500 acres of peaceful countryside—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Designed for comfort & luxury, The Cottage sleeps 7 including a lower level with a kitchenette/full bath and king suite—ideal for families or groups. Enjoy modern farmhouse style, minutes from downtown Leesburg, Lucketts, wineries & breweries.

The space
The sun-drenched main level blends refined design with everyday comfort: (Note this is a full house rental - one older review noted that the owners live in the lower level. However, that was years ago. The Cottage is now a full house rental :)

-Full bath with fresh linens
-Kitchenette with quartz island, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee station
-Fully stocked with cookware and essentials
-Separate private entrance for a self-contained stay

Perfectly located just minutes from downtown Leesburg and Lucketts, with easy access to wineries, breweries, scenic hiking, and charming shops. Ideal for wine country escapes, wedding stays, and elevated group getaways.

Guest access
Guests can easily enter their stay by ascending the front porch stairs where they will find a keyless smart lock (activate screen by sliding three fingers from right to left), with a secure code unique to their own stay for enhanced safety - no key exchange needed! There is parking for all four guests right near the base of the stairs.

Other things to note
Absolutely no parties. Absolutely no pets as guests. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 6am. The checkout time is 10am and check-in time is 4pm. We have to maintain both of these times in order to have enough time to clean before the next guests.

This is a no smoking property, including all areas.

Neighborhood highlights

Wineries and horse-farms are scattered along this country gravel road. We recommend not driving too fast on the gravel and being careful around turns as the road does get narrow in some areas.
