About this listing
My parisian apartment just by Montmartre for you !
The flat is 27m2, there is a quite spacious bathroom, a living room / kitchen and a bedroom.
As it's on the 5th floor and there are windows in every room, it's full of light, and it's also quiet.
The bed is a double bed. The couch is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people.
I provide sheets, blankets, pillows and towels.
There is a big fridge frizzer, a microwave and an oven.
There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher. The washing machine can also dry, but it's better to use it only for some clothe. For more drying there is a laundry downstairs.
Internet available. I'm not responsible if there is any problem with the operator.
I believe it is nicely decorated, "homy".
I don't mind you smoking in the house.
My neighbors are very nice and so is my sister who lives 3 minutes walking from my house.
I have a cat, he won't be there when you are in, but even if the apartment is very clean, if you are allergic you should consider it :)
I believe it is a nice place to stay in Paris !
Interaction with Guests
I'm rarely here for check in and check out as I'm in general myself away. But I answer to my emails so I'll be virtualy in touch with you !
It is very close from Montmartre (10-15 min walking). There are nice bars and cafés around, but also a supermarket downstairs. On tuesday, friday and sunday there is a huge open air market, it's popular but very tipical. There is one more "chic" and permanent rue du Poteau, 5 minutes away walking. It is full of life in general.
There are two metro lines really close: line 4: métro Simplon, 1 min away and line 12: métro Jules Jofrin, 5 minutes away. They are very practical for tourists because they go to the train stations but also to central paris: Pompidou, Notre Dame, Quartier Latin, Saint Germain des Prés, Galleries Lafayette, Opéra, Place de la Madeleine, Musée du Louvre, Tuileries, Place de la Concorde et Champs Élysées, Musée d'Orsay..
There also is a very nice bus (number 85) passing just by the house that goes to the Luxembourg, it's like a cheap tour through Paris !
You're welcome in my home and I hope you will enjoy the place.
I have one big rule: leave the place as clean as you found it when you passed the door.
I'll leave you a note with more precise instructions :)
Then, everything will be ready for you and you shouldn't need extras. But if you ever do need something (like extra sheets or extra towels) , before helping yourself in the cupboards, please ask me if you can do it. You have access to internet and free phone calls so it shouldn't be difficult to join me. I believe it's a question of respect, and it can mean extra work and expenses for me too.
I'd appreciate also you being nice and polite with my neigbhours. That means saying hello when you cross them in the stairs, but also not making too much noise late at night and so on.
Thank you for your respect :)
