Villa Lemonia is set overlooking Malia with a backdrop of mountains and olive groves. Just 30 minutes from Heraklion airport by car and just a 10 minute walk to the nearest tavernas.

With its shuttered windows, whitewashed walls, terracotta tiled roof, fruit orchard, BBQ and secure parking. Villa Lemonia is a great place to relax , enjoy the pool and soak up the sun. It's a quiet residential area so not a place for loud music or parties.

The space
The private ground floor apartment is entered through an electric security gate and across the private parking area. Entrance to the property is via the patio which has a table and chairs. through it's own entrance You walk in to an open area with a dining table and chairs, a sofa and TV. The fully fitted kitchen also forms part of this area.

The bathroom and two bedrooms are off to the left of this area. The front bedroom is the double with shutters opening to the patio. The rear bedroom is the twin.

Guest access
You will have exclusive use of the pool and garden during your stay. You are welcome to use the barbecue area. Sat under the carob tree, with the lights on in the evening. It's like your own private taverna.

We also offer private, secure, private parking if you are hiring a car.

My wife and I have been visiting Greece for years. We actually met in Rhodes in 1989 working as holiday reps. We honeymooned on Crete in 1992 and have visited every year with our children since 2003. So it wasn’t really a surprise to anyone that we decided to buy a property here.
