The Space

I have an Apartment in downtown Austin in the best neighborhood of this great town; Clarksville. An eclectic neighborhood with everything necessary for a quick trip or long stay within a 10 minute walk. For things that are beyond 10 minutes, I have a commuter bike that is available for use.

Coffee shops, great restaurants, great shopping, the World Famous Whole Foods Headquarters, ACL (Zilker Park), SWSX and 6th St. night life are all just a few minutes walk from here. And, a birds eye view of the city is just feet from the front door.

My place is convenient, clean, quiet, simple. Check it out.

Cheers,
Bobby

  • Bobby was communicative, clear and very responsive from the very beginning. His place was great and exactly what I need for SXSW. It was clean, well organized in a beautiful little neighborhood. It was a perfect place to stay for the week - close enough for the bike to be a perfect solution, and just a couple blocks outside the madness of downtown. I would definitely recommend this location to others!

  • Great location and everything you could need from from a crash pad during a stay in Austin. The neighbourhood itself is great and an easy walk into the city. Bobby wasn't around whilst we visited but good communication made the whole experience very easy. Highly recommended.

  • Bobby's apartment was a great place to stay while exploring Austin. It was a bit further from the 6th street hub than we thought, maybe 25-30 minutes walk, but there were a number of great bars and restaurants that were much closer by. The apartment doesn't have a TV or lounge, but for us it was perfect for sleeping, eating and seeing the town. Bobby was a pleasure to communicate with and was very easy-going and accommodating.

  • I have my son in Austin and visited from Sweden the 9th-19th of october.

Bobbys apartment is nice and in a good location.
It's very quiet and the neighbours are very friendy.
There's no tv but I didn't care, I just needed a place to sleep.

Bobby is a great and very helpful host, he checked in on me several times and he even texted my son to see that I was doing good at his place.

I will contact Bobby next time I go to Austin.

  • Bobby's apartment is in a great location, walkable to downtown and many other neighborhoods in Austin. He was very helpful, offering a bucket list of things to do in Austin and answering any questions we had right away. The place was pretty clean and had fresh towels and soaps out for our use. I'd stay here again!

  • This is a perfect place to stay if you're coming to Austin for a few days. I spent two nights with my girlfriend and it was a great experience. Compared to the overpriced hotels downtown this was easy and comfortable. Bobby's place is small but efficient and perfectly situated near downtown, making it easy to see many sights with a short drive or a longer walk. Bobby's communication was great, parking was easy, the place itself was clean, comfortable, great bed to sleep in, and a nice bathroom too. Overall I was very pleased with my stay and would stay here again easily and recommend it to others wanting a cheaper alternative to hotels in the Austin area.

  • Bobby was a great host. He checked in before I got to Austin as well as when I was there to ensure I settled in OK. Everything was neat and comfortable at the apartment. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Austin.

  • it is the ideal place if you want to stay central but are still looking for a quiet place. the neighbours are nice. the apartment is minimal, but the collection of medals give them a really great ambience (in the usa it really reimburses to finish a marathon as you get really nice medals. compared to the shabby ones i got here in europe...) i stayed there during sxsw, where the goldrush breaks out and rental fees get unreasonable. outside that time, the rental fee for this place is absolutely worth the value - so i can recommend it! i did not meet bobby in person, but he was always helpful!

  • Big thanks to Bobby for letting us stay in his apartment! You really can't beat the location for downtown events and attractions. It's a very quiet, safe and comfortable space. We will definitely look to stay here on our next visit to Austin.

About
Although I'm on the road a lot with my job in sales I really do enjoy it. I do enjoy my time in Austin even more though. I enjoy a cold beer after a long day of training on the trail, bike or in the pool. When I'm not training, I'm on the road with a great job that allows me to see various parts of the country almost weekly. You will always see me with a smile on my face.
