The space
Great for foodies to test out our new kitchen, or as a couple's getaway or teen lounge. New large-screen TV. This can be booked in combination with the separate cottage apartment with huge deck on the second floor.

Guest access
The front area is for you. We put signs up to prevent pedestrians or coffee shop customers from sitting out there. There is an emergency exit in the rear of the unit. Beyond that door is our private office area.

Other things to note
Do keep in mind there is an active train track across the street from the unit that runs all along the shores of Lake Pepin. The schedules are random. It runs all along 1st Street and up and down the entire river for most of the state.

We are right across from the Pepin Marina and Beach, and steps away from the iconic Harbor View Cafe! You can book sailing and pontoon rides on the lake. The Pickle Factory, a waterfront grill and bar, features live music, bingo and more. We are 1 mile away from the Villa Belleza Winery. Lots to see and do along all the nearby river towns.
