This listing is for TWO third floor condos, right across the hall from one another, in the HEART of historic downtown! Perfect for a group coming to Savannah for a getaway! Each condo boasts a large bedroom with en suite bathroom, spacious living/dining/kitchen area, and all of the modern amenities you could ever need! These two condos make up the entire third floor above Churchill's, a locally famous pub and restaurant. TWO coveted parking spaces in the parking garage a block away are included!

The space
This listing is for the entire third floor of the Churchill's building. This includes TWO condos, right across the hall from one another, each with private separate entrance. Both condos are spacious, comfortable, and newly renovated! Each has one large master bedroom, with a memory foam king bed, small Juliette balcony overlooking the outdoor Churchills rooftop bar below, en suite bathroom, wall-mounted flat screen smart TV with full cable programming (one in each bedroom AND one in each living room!), and walk-in closet...perfect for an extended stay! Each condo also features a fully stocked kitchen, massive living space (with queen sized pull-out sofa for those extra guests!), high ceilings, large restored windows, dining area, and SO much historic charm! These two condos make the PERFECT space for entertaining, groups coming to visit Savannah, families that need a little extra room, or couples that are traveling together but are also seeking their own private accommodations.

The entire third floor is ALL YOURS! This includes BOTH condos, which are just across the hallway from one another!

Other things to note
We always like to be completely upfront and transparent with our prospective guests. With the INCREDIBLE location we are so fortunate to have, also comes the potential for noise. We are located directly above a very popular establishment, Churchill's, which does remain open well into the evening (with a rooftop outdoor space just below each condo's balcony). We have taken measures to soundproof the space to the greatest extent possible, however, as with any downtown, urban location, street noise well into the evening MUST be expected.
In addition, we are located on the THIRD floor of this building. For reference, please check out the listing photographs to see the stairway that leads up to this space. We do not recommend these two condos for individuals with mobility issues or that do not want to climb stairs in order to access their accommodations. We do not have access to an elevator or alternative means to accessing the two condos other than the stairs.
