This beautiful villa is a full house located at walking distance from the beach. The location is minutes away from plenty of touristic places such as Boquerón (5 minutes from the "El Poblado de Boquerón"). This is a gated complex with security 24/7 which means for a high level of privacy, peace and quiet. The complex also includes a pool and a park for kids. Standard amenities include a BBQ Grill and A/C units in every bedroom.

The space
This cozy villa is located in the heart of the town of Cabo Rojo. Close to the most beautiful beaches and places of interest, such as, Playa Sucia, Buyé, El Poblado de Boquerón, El Faro. Behind the villa, 100 meters away, there is a beach that you can enjoy without having to leave the complex. Additionally, the complex has a swimming pool and playground for children.

This spacious villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across two levels.

First Level:

Open-concept living space with a sofa, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen.
One bedroom featuring a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) with A/C.
A convenient half bathroom.

Please note: The living room on this level does not have A/C.

Second Level:

Master bedroom with a Queen bed and A/C.
Second bedroom with a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) and A/C.
A full bathroom.

TM also provides the amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include a soap dispenser with Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, and 1 dish sponge.

We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
