The JTB (route 202) is very close as well to get to other areas such as the football 🏈 stadium and Riverside. The Mayo Clinic is also very close by.

The suite offers a ☁️Brand new full size memory foam topped mattress & memory foamed queen sofa bed making the beds extra comfortable. ☁️
All sheets are brand new & 400 thread count leaving you sleeping 💤 peacefully! ☁️☁️
I have provided a hanger rack for your clothes. There is also a shelf where you can keep items.
There is an ottoman that you can use for the living room area and also has a ton of storage.
The end barn table has a comforter & sheets stored in there for additional needs.
There’s a desk and chair for work right next to the 600 speed modem!!
The kitchenette offers everything but a stove/oven. However, there is a toaster oven that can bake and broil as well. There is a brand new mini microwave.
There is a new air fryer that requires no use of oil.
Making it a healthier choice of cooking. 🍽
🍔🌭You may also request the BBQ as well if you plan on cooking bigger meals. 🍗🍖

🚿The Brand New Bathroom is large and spacious. The shower is 5x6 feet!!

All CDC guidelines are followed to clean and prepare your stay. 🧼🪣🚰
Everything is carefully checked and inspected prior to your arrival the way I would like my Airbnb to be.
⚡️⚡️I have installed a “Permanent UV light into the HVAC system” to continuously sanitize the system for all guests. ⚡️⚡️💥
The system has also been cleaned thoroughly by a HEPA certified company and machine as of 7/28/2021 which is a yearly service. ⚡️

You do have central air but there is a Brand new window unit as the suite tends to be hotter than the rest of the house. The ac unit in the window is secured and screwed in leaving it extremely safe.
I have provided remote controlled candles in the fireplace.
The fireplace is not prepared to be utilized as a wood burning fireplace.
This is a feature that will arise in the winter months once completely ready and inspected for use!
Guest access
Guest parking is on the LEFT side of the driveway. The entrance to the suite in on the left through the gate and the lockbox is located left on the fence once you enter.
There is 1-2 car permitted & please pull your car all the way up and to the left.
Do not block sidewalk
(Please have any guests park across or down the street if there are more cars.)
The beach area is very strict on not blocking the sidewalk.
You have your own private gated entrance that is beautifully lit up at night.
*The parking is very important as the main home guest will need to park their car to the right side.
The home is on a main beach road
Other things to note
The home is on a main road & in a school zone so during rush hour, it may be a bit busy trying to get out of the driveway.
However, after hours is so peaceful & quiet that it makes up for it!
The backyard is completely Private and quiet so it balances each other!
The suite becomes your true cozy safe haven and your entrance & backyard is completely enclosed & private!
The back patio area is private due to a 6 foot fence that is installed to divide your unique space from the rest of the home.
Please note: (if you see white powder under the couch or outside, that is Diatomaceous Earth which is pet/human safe but prevents bugs of any sort!)
🌯Being this is a suite, I ask you to please keep food to the living room area and not on the beds. Florida attracts bugs especially with food items on the floor etc.
