This beautiful waterfront Bungalow is totally refinished and offers spacious kitchen, very cozy living room 1 comfortable private bedroom and a sleeper sofa. Nice outside patio overlooking the beautiful St. Lawerence River to enjoy grilling and relaxing. Located 10 minutes from the Village of Cape Vincent or the town of Clayton, supermarket, restaurants and shopping within minutes. Beautiful sunsets , the best swimming and kayaking in the area.
Please note we do not supply bath towels

The space
Walk into open living room kitchen area off the hall is a very spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and bedroom with a generous king size bed at the end of the hall you will find a laundry room with stackable washer and dryer

Other things to note
There are 2 parking areas you will park in the lower in the space next to the garage .This is the lower unit of a 2 unit bungalow . The entrance to the bungalow faces the water . If you need parking for a boat please let me know

Hi, absolutely love the river I think it’s a magical place and I feel I’m so fortunate to Live here watching the big ships go and looking out at that Beautiful River never gets old . I am a high energy person always on the move and I love my friends and family . I also love to explore new places and I so enjoy trail riding . I always look forward meeting new guests and welcoming families back year after year
