Nestled just outside of Leavenworth, enjoy peaceful country living on a beautiful country road- with magnificent views.

Our farmhouse style home is a duplex, this listing is for our lower unit. (We live in the top unit.) This lower unit does have shorter ceilings- just an FYI to tall renters.

We have 2.5 acres of property, which backs up to a pear orchard. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing home, and some animal friends to visit, then this is the place for you!

The space
This unit includes a nice sized living room (with a very comfy couch), full kitchen, and other amenities (including a BBQ grill, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, & kitchen aid mixer.

Featuring two bedrooms & one full bath. One bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom with a full size bed.

A window unit air conditioner is provided for the hot months of summer. This unit stays cool, since it is the lower unit of our home. We have provided fans in each room as well.

We are also pet friendly! This space has its very own fenced in yard, right outside the front door.

The comfortable accommodations and convenient location make for a perfect getaway with family and friends!

Our address in technically in Peshastin, we are right on the line where addresses switch to Leavenworth. We are about a 5 minute drive to downtown Leavenworth, and about a 5 minute drive to downtown Peshastin. Peshastin has a mini mart, post office, laundromat & tavern- all on the same street! If you want to avoid the crowds of Leavenworth, the tavern is a fun option. Otherwise, Leavenworth has a million different options!
