Very nice private ensuite room in the host's home, easy to find and good location to sightsee around Rome. I was on a short trip to Rome, arrived at the bnb late and left early, and Patrizia was accommodating. I was there on the evening that Italy played England for the World Cup and won. Though I expected some noise, the room was located away from the street so it was quiet. The do-it-yourself breakfast was a very good option for me. This was an excellent choice.
Patrizia's bnb was my first booking in a series throughout Italy, and I can honestly say it was my favorite.
Everything is exactly as advertised. A small, clean, comfortable boarding with a well stocked kitchenette. The neighborhood was reasonably quiet, yet just a quick cab ride from the Vatican area.
The only thing to note is that the shower is a little small (but the best of my trip so far). This is not just Patrizia's place, but appeared to be Italian showers in general.
What wasn't advertised was Patrizia's hospitality. She was understanding of my late check in time, arranged for a friend to let me in, and even got me connected to the wifi over the phone while she was out!
If I'm ever in Rome again I'll be staying with Patrizia!
Everything to like about this stay, great location, immaculately clean, and very warm and welcoming hosts. I'll be back. Grazie, Patrizia. Grazie, Jo-jo.
I had a very pleasant stay at Patrizia's house. Nice, big enough room, bathroom and a littel balcony. Little sweet snack or yoghurt and a coffee for breakfast are provided. You get a key upon arrival and are able to come and leave as you wish. The house is in easy walking distance from Piazza del Popolo - although, if it's late and you are tired with sore feet consider taking the tram, especially when you've got a valid ticket anyway. Might prove a wise decision ;)
It's easy to find: After leaving Piazza del Popolo just walk straight ahead and at her street turn left. Tram stops almost right at her street.
I'd stay there again any time. Thanks.
The room was really cute and in a great location. I love that it came with breakfast and a little porch in the back. The shower was a little small which made it hard to shave, but all in all I really liked it here and would stay again!
I didn't meet Patrizia but there was a kind girl who welcomed me and explained me everithing. The day after I met Patrizia's daughter, a friendly girl.
The room was in order and clean as shown in the picture.
I had a lovely stay at Casa Cimabue. The room was lovely the bathroom was particularly good.
Breakfast was great too. Plenty of variety.
The only set back for me was the resident cat. I think cats are very sweet, but I am allergic to them...I only stayed one night, so it wasn't a big deal - but would have been nice to know before I arrived.
Other than that I would highly recommend Casa Cimabue! It is in a great location and the staff ante very helpful and lovely.
Perfekte Unterkunft! Sehr nette hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete sehr sauberes Zimmer.
Siempre atenta a ayudar!!!
