  • Had a great time at Dianas BLU apartment. The place is very nice (maybe even better than on the photos), quite, clean and comfortable. Nice swimmingpool and a great garden. The hostess and host (Tito) were always helpful and friendly. I can thoroughly recommend staying here!

However, I would like to point out that the nearby town, Monticiano (10 min. walk) is tiny and very quite – and the only restaurant (De Vestro) is not worth a visit. Bad food, terrible service. The local bar/wineshop (Enoteca Benedetto Vino), on the other hand, was very nice and accommodating, and the local supermarket is not bad.

All in all we had a great time in Monticiano and I would absolutely recommend Diana and her apartments to anyone looking for a rural, quite and comfortable Tuscany-holiday!

  • We stayed in the Mansardi Apartment for 1 week in July. The apartments are within a charming "Agriturismo" set in beautiful gardens with a great pool. The apartment was on the top floor and was very spacious and comfortable. Although we had no private outside space, there were plenty of communal areas outside where we could sit out with a bottle of wine. Kitchen area is basic but sufficient for 2 people.
The location is quite unusual for an Agriturismo as it is walking distance into the town of Monticiano. Although you sacrifice something in terms of isolation and view, it is great to be able to walk to one of the local restaurants for dinner. You are also within driving distance of some great day trips including Siena, Florence and San Gimignano.
Diana and Tito were friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend this place.

  • Diana’s and Tito’s property in the middle of Tuscany is really lovely and offers everything you need.
The pool is marvellous, and there are plenty of options to sit outside for having breakfast, or just enjoying the day... The room itself is also quite spacey and the own small kitchen offers the possibility to choose whether to eat out or to cook “at home”. The village itself is can be reached within just 5 Min. walking distance and offers apart from restaurants also grocery and wine stores.
But also within the facility you have the option to enjoy breakfast, or buy local treasures ^^

We had a great time there and can only recommend this Tuscan paradise (hint: look out for hammocks ;)

Liceo Classico
Accoglienza turistica in Toscana e Fotografa fine art.
