Centrally located in the Meadow Brook area of Oakland, which sits between Fruitvale & the East Lake neighborhoods, the house is on a beautiful block in a friendly community. Close to OAK Airport, Fruitvale & Lake Merritt Bart, Oakland Coliseum, Jack London Square, Laurel, Downtown, Chinatown, 15 miles to SF.

Private House & Entry: 2 lofts, full bath, kitchen, living room, smart tv’s, WiFi. Patio area: jacuzzi, bbq & seating area. On street parking with easy access to freeways.

The space
This space is relaxing, yet in an urban setting, with amenities such as a beautiful claw foot tub, jacuzzi, and outdoor kitchen. It is not appropriate for animals of any kind. During the summer there is a potential for our backyard neighbors to have barbecues with music on the weekends, typical of a neighborhood!
