This is a modern and centrally-located apartment in close proximity to the beach, town and all amenities . This newly refurbished flat comprises of 1 single bedroom and 1 double bedroom, and 1 sofa bed( in kitchen diner) overlooking the downs and an open plan kitchen-sitting area. The high ceilings and large arched windows make it a light and airy space .Situated on a bus route makes it easily accessible and in a great location for exploring the beautiful town of Ventnor and surrounding areas.

The main bedroom has a standard size double bed , the single room has a standard size single bed. The sitting room/kitchen area is open plan and the kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare a meal and drinks .

I have a friendly house companion , a young Golden Retriever dog called Codey.
Guests who stay here, can help themselves to the well stocked cupboards and pretend you are at home. If you like to go cycling, you can use the bikes in the garage and if you just like to go for a walk, there s a nice wood at the back of the house and some lovely walk ways all around.
