The Farmhouse at Wildlin Farm sits on 50+ acres -- enjoy breathtaking views of Mt. Rainier from the moment you arrive at the gate, and follow the driveway through the fields up to the Farmhouse, perched atop a small hill. You can relax and unwind with the whole family as you settle into this 1500 sqf, 2 bed / 1 bath home.

In true farmhouse style, you will be greeted by open and functional space made for relaxation.

The space
This newly refinished farmhouse is located just 15 minutes from the Nisqually entrance of Mt. Rainier National Park. Enjoy incredible views of Mt. Rainier throughout the property and farmhouse.

The house itself is 1500 sqf, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The open concept, simple farm house style invites relaxation as you enter to find a swing chair, large dining space and cozy corner couch, all boasting mountain views.

The dining room table offers seating for 6, and the kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials, including: pots, pans, cooking utensils, casserole dishes, baking sheets, cake pans, measuring cups, kid’s dishes and utensils, drip coffee maker, French press, etc. We also include complementary avocado oil, cooking spray, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, foil, Saran Wrap, and ziplock bags for your convenience.

An old-fashioned claw foot tub greets you as you enter the bathroom, with separate shower, single vanity, and barn wood details reclaimed from the property itself.

The laundry is conveniently located by the back door, with plenty of parking available at both the north side and back of the house. On the north side of the farmhouse, you’ll find a 48 amp Level 2 Tesla / electric vehicle charging station, available for guest use free of charge.

Outside, enjoy stargazing or your morning coffee from our Adirondack chairs, facing East toward the breathtaking Mt. Rainier. Lawn games offer entertainment for kids and adults alike, while our paths to the orchard and out through the hay fields allow for adventures, without even leaving the farm.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home. Ample parking is available just outside. Feel free to wander the greenhouse, and walk the path through the lower fields for even more scenic views.

Important Notes:

We now offer a second unit (Stargazing Geodome) that is located near the barn. It has its own parking areas and outdoor space, but the driveway is shared.

Electric Fence Hazard: be aware that the orchard behind the greenhouse is enclosed with a low-voltage electric fence to help keep the elk from eating the fruits. Please be cautious when walking near the fence or entering the orchard, especially with kids and pets.

And finally, we are a working farm! So you may see us or our team working about the property during your stay. We’ll be sure to give you plenty of space to enjoy, but feel free to say hello if you’d like to know more about the property. We’re happy to share!

Other things to note
Our 50+ acre property also has an additional rental unit (The Stargazer Dome) onsite, located at least 400 hundred feet away from the Farmhouse, so there's plenty of private space to enjoy. The walking trails, driveway and Game Barn are shared spaces with other guests.

Electric Fence Hazard: be aware that the orchard behind the greenhouse is enclosed with a low-voltage electric fence to help keep the elk from eating the fruits. Please be cautious when walking near the fence or entering the orchard.

Property boundaries: we encourage you to walk around and explore the property — there’s so much beauty to soak in! Please be mindful of our amazing neighbors by watching for posted “property boundary” signs and do not walk past them. Boundaries are either fenced or marked with signs.

Cell phone service is available but can be intermittent in some locations on the property. 5G is available via T-Mobile.

And finally, we are a working farm! You may see us or our team working about the property during your stay. We'll be sure to give you plenty of space to enjoy, but feel free to say hello if you'd like to know more about the property. We're always happy to share!
